The bungalow is very bright and airy. It features ample private and shared outdoor space and is equipped with everything needed to enjoy a pleasant and comfortable vacation there, even for longer stays.

The complex includes a beautiful communal swimming pool with a separate children’s pool, a sun deck with lounge chairs around the pool, and green spaces.
Notes: The communal pool is open year-round, except for a few days for maintenance or repairs of any malfunctions, as well as to comply with hygiene regulations. The same applies to other general issues within the complex, such as broken water pipes, power outages, etc.
The owner is not responsible for such events that may occur within the complex and are beyond the owner’s control. These are handled by the complex management or the relevant service providers.


The vacation rental is located in the Dunaflor complex in Maspalomas. Ideal for family vacations.

The complex also features a restaurant, a grocery store, and a small shopping center.

The Faro 2 shopping center, as well as various theme parks, flea markets, medical facilities, and sports facilities, are in the immediate vicinity.

Other large shopping centers are within a 10- to 15-minute walk.

The sandy beach of Maspalomas, with its crystal-clear water, is about 1,700 meters away, and the golf course is about 300 meters away.
