Very nice apartment in the new city of Marrakech offering two bedrooms, a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a functional bathroom, two large terraces and free parking. You will have a King size bed (and baby bed on request) in the first bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom.

The accommodation is in a modern building, with elevator, and is located in a quiet and secure environment with a 24/24 guard.

At the groundfloor of the building you will find a hammam, Spa, hairdresser and a large café restaurant. Which is ideal for your meal and relaxation moments close to the accommodation.

Located near the Yves Saint Laurent museum, Majorelle garden (800m), 12 minutes by car from Jema El Fna square, 3.2km from the train station and 6km from Marrakech airport. The area is quiet, secure with all shops within walking distance and close to the center of Gueliz. You will easily find taxis in front of the bulding to explore the city.
