About this house rental
Escape to this spacious oceanfront retreat with Middle Beach on one side and Biddeford Pool on the other. Perfect for family gatherings or groups of up to 14 people, this stunning 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom getaway offers unique water views from every room in the home, making it the ultimate vacation destination. Whether you’re looking to relax by the ocean, enjoy exciting beach activities, or unwind in the beautifully designed living spaces, this home has something for everyone.
The master suite includes a king size bed with an attached seating area and a full bath that overlooks the ocean. The second floor also comes with another ocean view queen sized suite with en suite, 1 additional full bath, and a guest bedroom with two twin beds. Moving upstairs to the third floor you are greeted by both a pool and ocean view accompanied by two twin daybeds, a full sized bed, and a half bath.
The lower level contains a guest bedroom that includes two twin beds with a full bathroom attached, and a queen sleep sofa for additional sleeping space. With entertainment in mind, the basement also includes a variety of games like foosball, pop-a-shot arcade, puzzles, board games, and a large flat screen TV for movie night.
Inside, enjoy free Wi-Fi, 4 flat-screen TVs (with cable in the living room and streaming services in the other rooms), and a Sonos sound system for your entertainment. Relax in the comfortable living areas, browse through over 100 books in the library, or prepare meals on the 4-burner grill on the side deck off the kitchen for an evening barbecue.
Stepping outside, the private beach is perfect for body surfing, paddleboarding, or fishing for stripers. You’ll also find an oceanfront patio and landing with a large table that seats 8, 3 additional lounge chairs and 3 adirondack chairs. Wonderful house in gorgeous location! We stayed here with kids/parents/grandparents and absolutely loved it. The beach out front is perfect for playing during the day, swimming, fishing and then listening to the waves crash at night. We walked on it every morning and sat outside every evening. Very close to great restaurants. We particularly loved Earth and Wanby Landing. Lots of good ice cream places around too! The house is spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. Towels, portable fire pit, kayaks etc. The master has the most incredible view of the ocean. My kids loved the 3rd floor bunk room and the basketball game in the basement. My husband appreciated the home office off the family room as he could shut the door and work on his laptop. In short, we didn’t want to leave!Very responsive hosts. Highly recommend!
