Biddeford Pool -
This architecturally-designed shingle style house with over 3,200 square feet was built in 2003 and is located directly on the beach at Biddeford Pool - just 10 minutes to Kennebunkport. Over 110 feet of ocean frontage and ocean views from every window. Stairs take you directly to a white sandy beach. Both sunrises and sunsets are beautiful. On the first floor is a well-equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom and full bathroom. On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms including the master bedroom, 2 full bathrooms and a sitting room. All amenities are included with this house.
General Information: Our family takes great pride in our beach home and we anticipate that our guests will treat the house as if it is their own. Many guests come back year after year as they enjoy Biddeford Pool as well as our house.
Biddeford Pool is a quiet seaside community and we look for guests who will be respectful of our house, our property and our neighbors. Our neighbors are our friends and we look for guests who will not impose on our neighbors in anyway.
You will find that our house at Biddeford Pool is a very special place for those people who would like a quiet seaside vacation directly on a white sandy beach with the rolling waves and beautiful sunsets.
Although guests have always known the beauty and tranquility of Biddeford Pool in the summer, they are also discovering that Spring and Fall are special seasons at the Pool. Some people may even discover that they might enjoy using the cottage for a long winter weekend near the holidays, i.e. Christmas Prelude in Kennebunkport.

Early season so not everything was 100% ready to go, but the owners were responsive. (and welcoming homemade cookies and brownies were tasty!) it was right on the beach, the house was in great shape and well stocked for cooking and playing (with beach toys for the kiddos.) Really a great place to stay!

This was our first trip to Southern Maine Coast, this location was excellent. Close to a number of different towns with great restaurants and markets. Within a short drive to the mountains out west & Portland. Very private location, the backyard leads to a beach that stretches 2+miles and at low tide 100's of feet of clean fine sand beach, excellent for walking and jogging. We had the beach to ourselves most times. Ocean is visible from most all rooms and the pool is visible from the others. All magnificent picture perfect views. Stargazing was magnificent.
The house felt well designed, clean, attractive beach house with an open concept kitchen-dining-great room, comfy couches & bed. Stocked with just about everything we needed, including a pot big enough to steam 4 lobsters and a weber grill that was put to good use. There is a firepit for the evening fire and plenty of chairs. Plenty of linens, towels and supplies. When we arrived, there was a quiche, apples, brownies and other goodies waiting for us, which was much appreciated.
All in all, I highly recommend this beach rental and plan to come back in the future.

Took advantage of an exceptionnally beautiful October weekend. House was in perfect condition. Choice to have this large house sleep 8 while it could with its space accommodate much more makes the whole experience even more relaxed. Extra attention made us feel like we were friends of owner. As for Biddeford Pool, it's a superb location: nice long beach, not to crowded.

The house is as good as it sounds. Each of the three living areas is quite private with its own bath and even its own thermostat. With 3 generations of my family together for two weeks, it was ideal. The house is immaculate and well maintained. The grassy back yard is good for children to play. The beach is uncrowded and lovely for walking, playing in the sand or surf and body boarding. There are lovely views from every room. The host family was extremely helpful and gracious.
