There are plenty of shopping opportunities and restaurants here - and not least one of Denmark's best beaches, surrounded by beautiful nature. Here you can spend your holiday with 6 people and enjoy the best that Løkken has to offer. The house itself is on two levels with three bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a lovely, large entrance hall with bathroom and a super charming and delicious kitchen in open connection with the large, bright living room and dining room. The house is stylishly decorated and exudes luxury and coziness. There is a lovely terrace all the way around the house, so it should always be possible to find a place in the sun when summer is at its peak. Bed distribution: Bedroom 1+2 double bed, bedroom 3 single bed with pull-out to double bed. Outdoor area:Josefines Have is a lovely area centrally located in Løkken. Here, the beautiful brick houses rise in a neighborhood where all the houses are built in the same style in a secluded area. You enter Josefines Have from Søndergade, and otherwise all roads end in a dead end, so it is wonderfully undisturbed here, even though you live in the middle of the city. Here in number 17 there is a terrace around the house, and if the beach calls, you only have to walk 750 meters. The house is surrounded by both lovely nature and plenty of adventure opportunities. The house is non-smoking, and youth groups are not allowed. Remember to order any bed linen packages when booking.Important note – • Rebooking is allowed once within the same reservation year. • A refundable deposit may be required before arrival to cover consumption and any additional services. The final costs are based on actual consumption, and any remaining amounts are refunded within 21 days after check-out. • Forgotten items will be returned for postage plus a handling fee of DKK 150. • Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. • Keys are handed in and returned via the key box on site. • Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed to rent the property.
