About this house rental
Welcome to our lovely vacation home, built in 2020, which is a perfect getaway for families and friends. With a spacious floor area of 400 m² and a cozy living area of 75 m², this house can accommodate up to 6 guests. It has three bedrooms, including two with double beds and one with two single beds, and a well-equipped bathroom. Pets are welcome for a small fee per pet, but smoking is not allowed. The house is ideally located just 250 meters from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sea. There are shopping facilities 2300 meters away and restaurants within 1800 meters. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher and oven, and the house is equipped with a fridge/freezer and a heat pump with cooling. Stay connected with wireless internet and enjoy the outdoors with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue. We also provide two bicycles and a lockable shed. Relax in the garden, take a short walk to the beach, or explore the nearby shops and restaurants. Our home is pet-friendly, so your four-legged friends can join in the fun. Important Note – • Rebooking is allowed once within the same booking year. • Forgotten items are returned for postage plus a 150 DKK handling fee. • Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. • Keys are collected and returned via the on-site key box. • Guests under 18 years of age may not rent the property.
