About this house rental
Located less than 400 meters from the beach and less than a 15-minute walk from downtown, the house has everything your family and friends might need to stay and enjoy happy days in Paraty.
The house features two air-conditioned suites: one suite with a double bed, a bunk bed
plus an extra bed, and a TV; the other suite has two double beds. There is also a spacious living room with a TV, upholstered sofa set, and a single bed; a combined dining room with a table and 6 chairs; a fully equipped open kitchen with all necessary utensils;
a laundry area with a washing machine; and a 3-car garage. On the lower level of the house, there is an additional half-bath. We have Wi-Fi and Netflix. Outside, for relaxation and fun, there’s a lovely pool and a gourmet area with a barbecue grill and a table with chairs.

With many hostels and inns, the compact town of Jabaquara is known for its eponymous beach, famous for kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding in the tranquil Paraty Bay. Casual seaside restaurants and seafood kiosks, many with seating in the shade of trees, serve local fish and shrimp specialties. A bike path winds along the coast, and the mud from the mangrove area at the northern end of the beach is said to have healing properties.
