A shuttle bus for the music festival stops at Shadow Ridge.
Most of the buildings are 3-stories meaning they have elevators so no limitations for wheelchair folks and the elderly.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a minimum stay for the 4 Weekend nights - Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, the 16th, 17th, 18th and 19th.
PLEASE NOTE: If you wish you can extend your stay after the festival into Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday - the 20th, 21st and 22nd, you can rent one, two or all three nights for just $132.00/night - no minimums. Disregard the $185 price and the minimum nights you see on the calendar as they are for anyone who wants to rent those 3 nights who is NOT renting the weekend nights.
Those extra 3 nights will remain available to the "Weekend" renter until someone else comes along to rent them.
Your unit has a very nice large bedroom with King bed and its own TV. Nice, comfortable living room with large TV, fireplace and a queen-size Sofa pull-out bed. Full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, toaster, large refrigerator, coffee maker and a nice size dining area that sits 6 people. Or dine on the patio overlooking the resort or a lush fairway. The 2-room bathroom has a large shower stall in one room and a vanity and whirlpool tub in the other. There is a sink and counter in both rooms. And the unit includes a washer/dryer.
The resort has 5 pools with jacuzzis nearby, barbecue pits galore, an 18-hole golf course winding throughout the property, a convenience store, miniature golf, tennis courts, pickle-ball, ping pong tables, basketball court, a large kid's place with arts & crafts, two work-out locations with one open 24 hours.
A mile down Monterey Ave - towards town - is a beautiful super market that also serves food and then it's just another 2 or 3 miles further to downtown Palm Desert with all of its chic shops, restaurants and even night time dancing at some of the bars and clubs.
From Palm Desert town take a 20 -25 minute drive down the famous Highway 111 to Palm Springs. Then another 25 miles to a casino right next door to the outlet mall.
