The Sun, Sand and Soul concert festival is what brought me to Seascapes Miramar Beach. This rental property was fantastic. The walk to the concert was roughly 0.25 miles.It was perfect. Being on the golf course, expect a quieter stay. Parking is very easy. The condo is well appointed. You will need to grocery shop for anything you need for meal prep, including salt/pepper, etc. I cannot wait to return and highly recommend this unit, whether you are there for the concerts, the beach, the pool, or a dozen chargrilled oysters at Acme. Walk to it all! Have a blast!

We had a great trip. The location was great, loved the beach parking lot as another option besides walking to the beach. The Condo was nicely updated and the enormous 75” TV was a hit for the NCAA Championship Basketball game.
