Luxury 3-bedroom apartment with amazing amenities near downtown Ft. Myers

We had a great stay and I would stay here again with zero hesitation. Very clean and had all the essentials needed. The complex itself is quiet. It’s walkable to downtown and such a nice area and the Publix one small block away is convenient. Parking was easy. Having a view from every window was great! And the pool area was fantastic. Bathrooms are both spacious. The only possible downside is there is construction of a new building right outside the windows. I suppose if you’re a light sleeper or have a napping young child, it could be a little annoying. It was not an issue for us at all. I had a couple questions during our week-long stay and the owner responded right away. I fully expect we’ll stay here again.

The complex has amazing amenities. The pool, lobby area, clubhouse, workout area and view from the condo was fabulous. It looked exactly as pictured on the site - it was clean and clutter free. The proximity to downtown was great- walkable with lots of restaurant options. We had 5 adults in the condo and I certainly would give an excellent 5 star rating if there were a few easy additions improvements to the condo.... more coffee mugs (currently only four) Rather than only offering a Keurig machine, it would be great to have an actual coffee machine so that a whole pot of coffee can be made for multiple guests... Yes, there is a really nice complimentary coffee machine in the lobby but the lobby area is a walk and when we wake up early, we like to have coffee available in our condo (a pot of coffee, instead of plastic pods). There is a fabulous patio off the kitchen area that overlooks the bay -- however, there are only two seats on the patio -- I would strongly suggest adding more than two seating options for the patio as well as more than two bar stools at the kitchen bar-- with 5 guests, having more bar stools would have been helpful-- The apartment is clutter free / "minimalist" -- while it was fine for us as we didn't spend much time "in"- the furniture in the living room area is "minimal", looks nice but not comfy - especially for 5 adults/bedrooms-offering somewhere to put luggage/dresser would be nice and a few hooks for towels is another suggestion.

Great place to use as a home base when staying in the area.

We loved the apartment. Parking on site was convenient and easy. Proximity to the skating ring was perfect for us as well as great restaurants close by to walk to. View on the patio is superb. Cant be beaten. Very relaxing after a long day. Beds were more comfortable than a recent stay I had at an autograph hotel. Communication from the host was spot on. Could not ask for anything better. Quick responses, accurate, polite, superb! Well equipped kitchen for what we needed. If your into the gym its excellent. Very well maintained and residents were welcoming of 'new' faces to the gym. Top notch equipment. One thing that stood out to me - quiet. I never heard a sound from outside the unit. Made for restful night after a long day on ice at the rink. Even preparing meals early morning wife / daughter / father never heard me in the kitchen. We will be back next time in Ft Myers. Great experience.
