Come relax in our Waterfront retreat! Serene and secluded residential neighborhood just minutes away from vibrant Downtown Fort Myers. Here you can experience Southwest Florida in all its beauty; with large windows, outdoor furniture, kayaks, canoes, and visits from tons of wildlife such as dolphins, manatees, eagles, and more! Our home is nestled right on the water with a rare one-of-a-kind view of Downtown Fort Myers. Only a handful of places have an unobstructed view of downtown Fort Myers!
Start your day with a peaceful morning coffee, savor sunset happy hours, and unwind with captivating night views—all from our peaceful spot directly on the Caloosahatchee River.
THE SPACE: Make yourself at home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect for up to 7 guests. The expansive common area offers plenty of natural lighting so you can fully immerse yourself in the peacefulness of the surrounding nature and river views. The kitchen is open-plan and has everything you need to have an easygoing stay. Parking is NOT an issue here… with an ample sized front yard/driveway, there’s plenty of room to ensure your whole group has space! Washer/Dryer, Wi-Fi, fireplace, and Smart TV included!
OUTDOORS: Everything you need to be transported into a true Florida experience is ready for you. The outdoorsman will enjoy the kayak/canoes as well as our prime location to do a little fishing. A barbecue, rope swing, fire pit, and plenty of comfortable outdoor seating make it easy to enjoy our beautiful setting. Add in the occasional wildlife visits and you’ve got the making for a fabulous Southwest Florida vacation!
LOCATION INFO: PRIME location! Walk, bike, or drive across the Caloosahatchee River to visit the vibrant Fort Myers River District. The quaint, walkable town boasts plenty of activities to keep you entertained! From shopping and galleries, to restaurants and rooftop bars, Downtown Fort Myers has everything you need.

Beautiful home perfect for the family. Everything you could need is available in the home & kitchen. Plenty of outside seating and tables to eat or drink coffee. The backyard on the river is amazing, great views and sunrise / sunset. Even the fishing from the backyard was good! The hosts Jim & Kaye are very helpful and responsive.

Great location and wonderful hosts. House is decorated very well with all needed utensils. Great river view. Enjoy the ducks in the backyard and sunset. Downtown Ft Meyers just over the bridge. Walkable. Highly recommend
