The accommodation
The spaces at your disposal:
- on the first floor: living room - dining room, fitted kitchen, a bedroom and toilet with washbasin;
- on the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, a cupboard at the top of the stairs converted into a dressing room with wardrobe
- Outside garage and wooden children's cottage

Close to Evreux (1 hour by train from Paris Saint Lazare) and Verneuil-sur-Avre (1 hour 20 minutes from Paris Montparnasse).
For visits to Rouen, allow 1 hour by car, 1 hour 30 minutes for Deauville and 1 hour 45 minutes for the landing beaches.
Access to the Passengers
Private areas not accessible to travellers:
1. Fireplace
2. Bedroom opposite the bathroom (locked) on the 1st floor
3. Boiler room, woodshed, storeroom located in the garden
4. Storage room on the 1st floor
Other remarks
Bed linen and towels are not provided.
Travel cot for children under 3 years old can be installed on request.
