Quiet vacation rental (42 sqm) with a view of the forest:
Spanning 42 square meters, the vacation apartment accommodates up to 3 people. It’s ideal for two people, featuring a double bed in the bedroom with a closet, luggage rack, and a beautiful view of the garden. The kitchen-living room features a kitchenette with four hot plates and an oven, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, and a kettle, as well as a breakfast table. The kitchen was renovated in April 2025. A two-seater sofa invites you to relax and watch TV with a variety of national and international satellite channels. A desk and a fold-out fold-down bed for a third guest round out the amenities. A bathroom with a shower, toilet, and window, as well as towels and bed linens, is provided. In the garden, you can enjoy the view of the forest. For an additional fee and by arrangement, you’re also welcome to book the garden sauna—built in 2021—for private use.
On-site charges: Payment is made on site in cash. Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival will be charged at 60% of the total price. Later cancellations will be charged at 80% of the total price. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. (Different check-in times are possible by arrangement.) Check-out is by 12:00 PM. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Starting at 01.01.2026, the city of Marburg charges a visitor’s tax of 2.00€ per person per night. This amount must be paid separately on-site. Pets are not allowed. Use of the garden sauna is available for a fee of €18.00 for 2 people for 2 hours or €25.00 for 2 people for 3 hours.Bedding, towels, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, and parking are free of charge.
Check-in is from 3:00 to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 12:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
