So this place is basically a rented out hotel room. Imagine any regular hotel room, with some extra space. They have a nice balcony, a pull out couch, and extra towels (beach towels for swimming). There’s no true kitchen, only a small Kitchenet with a microwave and a fridge. I stayed only a weekend so for my purposes it was perfect. The parking is easy too, it’s the hotel parking and about 44 per night. The rental company is a little slow to respond at times but they usually get back to messages in the app or phone calls. Overall good experience.

Wonderful property with everything you can ask for, amazing deal given its location and proximity to everything Waikīkī has to offer. Everything was seamless from check in to check out. Great and responsive host although everything was great and there was no need to contact the host. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Waikiki

We were a little worried when we first got there because while we were looking for parking in the structure, we saw that someone’s car had been broken into. The designated floor for hotel parking was also under construction during that time and a majority of the floors are reserved parking but this rental does not come with a designated stall. Not a problem because the oversized parking stalls when you first enter the structure are not reserved and that’s where we parked. The turns in the structure are also tight with lots of evidence that many have scraped their cars before. So parking in the oversized vehicle parking stalls will save you lots of trouble anyway. I believe it’s 40 a day to park in the structure and definitely do not leave any valuables in your car. The unit itself is pretty decent. The bed is comfortable and comes with lots of pillows. There is a couch bed but you have to use the blankets and pillows from the main bed. It comes with beach towels and sets of towels for showering. The starter supplies are paper towels, sample size shampoo and bar soap, dish soap, and a sponge. There was a roll of paper towels, utensils, a burner, cups, bowls, plates, a pot and a pan and coffee maker. There was also a vacuum, broom and dust pan, and a swifter mop (but there’s no pad on it). You can walk to the Hilton and use their pool too. The only downside is that the elevators in this hotel are slow and the balcony’s are very close together. But everything else was great!
