- The designated parking spaces are located at the rear of the property. There are 3 steps down to the paved walkway leading to the side entrance of the house. There is 1 step down halfway to the door on the sidewalk. There is a ramp (leading past the golf cart) that may be used to avoid the 4 steps, but you will walk through large gravel in the yard
- There is 1 interior step required to reach the primary bedroom, full bathroom, and laundry room. Inside the main entry, there is a cellar door covered by a rug that may cause guests to feel a slight give in the flooring, which is normal for the house
- A waiver is required prior to using the golf cart
- Please note that the full bathroom can only be accessed through bedroom 1
- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is on the front door facing the street. Camera 2 is a doorbell camera on the main door facing the exterior entry.
