About this villa rental
Casa Toucan Feliz is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home in Uvita, close to Marino Ballena National Park. Inside, a spacious living area opens to the pool, with an open floor plan connecting the living room to a well-equipped kitchen with quality appliances and a pantry.
The primary bedroom includes a walk-in closet and ensuite bath, with two additional bedrooms for guests. Outdoors, enjoy a covered patio with BBQ and seating by the pool. Custom finishes, electric blinds, and an EV charger.
Rooms are spacious with blackout, electric blinds, with plenty of storage for clothes, suitcases, and other personal items. Finishes are high end throughout the house, with little touches that guarantee comfort and make the house portion of your vacation special.
Work remotely with ease with the strong WiFi throughout the house and outdoors.
Guests have private access to the entire home, including the pool, outdoor BBQ area, and secure, covered parking with an electric vehicle charging station. We’re available for any questions or assistance you may need during your stay and are happy to provide recommendations on nearby attractions and activities. From the house, you can easily walk to a deli or grocery store, as well as to multiple restaurants, a bakery, and a food center offering a wide variety of options.
The beach and National Park are 2.2 kilometers away, 20 minutes walk, 4 minutes in car.
All the bedrooms are equipped with blackout electric curtains that work very well to keep out the 5:30 am sunrise.
There is space for one car in the covered, gated carport. Additional vehicles can be parked on the street, within view of our security cameras.

In accordance with Costa Rican regulations and the launch of the new national tax system TRIBU-CR, all lodging providers are now required to collect basic identification details from the guest who made the reservation. This includes full name, nationality, and passport or ID number.

This beautifully appointed home exceeded all our expectations! A perfect place for a family or group of 6-7 traveling together. The property is beautiful and well maintained and for our American family, we found all the comforts of home. The pool is the perfect place to cool off after a day exploring all Uvita has to offer. We chose to eat lunches out and have dinner in. Order pizza, BBQ on the grill or cook. Everything you need is there. Then we enjoyed some games ( provided by the host)as a family after dinner . Really wonderful. Will be back and hope to stay longer!.

A super nice apartment to stay and enjoy the sun and peace. Everything you need for a stay is available, from kitchen utensils to dishes, pool towels and even pool accessories . Supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance as well as the beautiful beach Uvita nearby. Aaron was super helpful and provided us with a small starter pack of coffee, milk, apples, oil, rice and much more on arrival. We also had support whenever we needed help. We would return at any time and had a wonderful time. Thank you very much

Very nice modern house. Clean and well-appointed with nice linens, new appliances and fixtures, and everything you need in the kitchen. Kids loved the pool. Within walking distance to a small market and couple restaurants, but you still need to drive to get to most places and the beach. Hosts were very responsive. Very happy with our stay!
