Built by an award-winning builder, our home boasts a thoughtfully designed layout and exceptional craftsmanship. The property is beautifully landscaped, with plenty of green space, and no houses behind us, ensuring privacy. The builder will soon transform the area behind us into a stunning green space with beautiful gardens. Our community is safe, peaceful, and quiet, yet conveniently close to town and all the amenities we need. The sunsets and sunrises here are truly breathtaking, adding to the charm of our slice of paradise.

We're happy to answer any questions! .. ENVIRONMENT: This property is in a very biodiverse area of the world, you may have insects,wild life, noises, and some things that you may or may not be used to, this is the tropics , despite our best efforts, however this is not grounds for a refund.
POOL: So that you may continue to enjoy a clean pool we ask that the Pool Maintenance Crew must be allowed onto the property to clean the pool.
UTILITIES: very rarely and usually only for a few minutes but it is costa rica … There may be some unforeseen issues with the amenities (i.e. water outage, internet outage, electricity outage), however that is that is not grounds for refund
