This detached vacation home was newly built in 2024 and offers comfort with upscale amenities.
The house is situated on a small, well-maintained lot in Dranske, Lancken district, between Wieker Bodden and the Baltic Sea beach in the north of the island of Rügen.
From the house and the terrace, you have a magnificent, unobstructed view across the fields to the Wieker Bodden. Access to the natural beach is approximately 600 meters away.
A fireplace and a sauna are available for rest and relaxation.
The terrace features patio furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, and a grill.
Two parking spaces are available for guests on the property. The flat Wittow peninsula is ideal for biking. There is a place to store bicycles.

On the upper floor of the house, there are 3 bedrooms, two of which are furnished with double beds and one with two single beds. Thus, the house can accommodate 6 people.
On the first floor, you’ll find a modern, open-concept kitchen; a spacious living area with a fireplace, dining table, and seating area; and a guest restroom. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.
There is a TV in the living room and in two of the bedrooms. Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. For our youngest guests, there is a crib and a high chair. Guests also have access to a washing machine and a dryer.
