Just about 300 meters from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach, the house offers a unique retreat and is ideal for relaxing days with the whole family, unforgettable moments with friends, or a luxurious getaway for two.
Spanning a generous 350 m² of living space, the light-filled interior design creates a sense of both openness and coziness. Large windows offer unobstructed views of the impressive expanse of the Baltic Sea, allowing nature to be a part of your stay at any time of day or year. A stylish real-wood fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere on cooler days. Three balconies, a terrace, and the well-maintained garden invite you to linger on warm days. Three comfortable bedrooms and an open sleeping area in the attic provide space across four levels for up to eight people.
A special highlight is the exclusive private wellness area with a Klafs sauna and sanarium, a shower area, a sunbathing lawn, and a relaxation room—ideal for a restful break away from everyday life.
A table tennis room in the basement is perfect for some athletic activities. The spacious, fully equipped open kitchen serves as the central gathering place. Three modern bathrooms with showers and a total of four toilets offer a high level of comfort. The house also features four flat-screen TVs and a stable high-speed Wi-Fi connection. A washer and dryer are also available. Bicycles can be safely stored in the lockable carport.
