Tips: Don't leave without enjoying the sunrise from our incredible second-floor balcony or the poolside balcony – you won't regret it!! If you're staying on a full moon night, return home early and don't risk missing the spectacle; you'll fall in love!! What do you need to know about our Villa GrandVIEW? Our guests need to know that they will NOT have problems with old air conditioners, that they will NOT take uncomfortable showers with electric showerheads, that they will NOT have problems with mold or lack of ventilation and natural light. They will also NOT have problems with lack of parking on the property, they will NOT have the surprise of being poorly located, and they probably will NOT have as many traffic problems as most people do, since we have two different accesses to the house, which makes things much easier during busy city times. All this because we have: - New split air conditioners in all suites and the family room; - All bathrooms supplied with water from an ELECTRIC boiler; Have a safe and invigorating shower!! All suites are spacious with independent balconies; All rooms are incredibly airy, with high ceilings and natural light; We have parking spaces within the property (2 covered and 3 uncovered) in addition to external parking monitored by cameras; We are located in the heart of Búzios: 6 min from the Center/Rua da Pedra, 6 min from Porto do Barra, 4 min from Ferradura Beach, 5 min from Geribá Beach and 8 min from Tartaruga Beach; We are situated on a hilltop, so we do not recommend hiking!! PGJyPg - Access via the main road or the alternative road (unknown to most people) to avoid traffic on busy days; PGJyPg - IMPORTANT: The house is family-oriented, do not rent if your group does not fit this profile!! PGJyPg - IMPORTANT: Checkout is mandatory!! PGJyPg - IMPORTANT: Your stay will be canceled if you bring more people than agreed upon!! Do not attempt this without our consent!! PGJyPg - Important: We will deliver the house perfectly clean and sanitized, and our employee will be able to assist you. Important: We have a person who takes care of the pool and will leave it perfectly clean and keep it that way during your stay, but please let us know if you need more frequent cleaning; NOTE: both the pool attendant and the gardener will have access to the yard during your stay. Important: The house does not have screens/grilles or protective fences, the pool/hot tub does not have an alarm, and doors, drawers, and electrical outlets do not have protectors. In addition, the house has rooms on different levels. Before renting, please look at the photos and ask any questions in the messages. Important: Electricity and water consumed during your stay will be charged at the end of the rental period, and the guest must pay before leaving the house. The cost is calculated based on meter readings for electricity and water; that is, guests will only be charged for what they consumed during their stay. We take photos of the meters with the guests upon arrival and departure to accurately calculate consumption without detriment to either party. Important: Only those 12 years of age and older will be considered adults. Important: We do not provide consumable materials for safety, waste, and time reasons. Important: Buy bottled water!! Búzios has serious water problems!! We do not recommend drinking tap water in Búzios, even if it has a filter. Important: To ensure everyone has fun, we do not allow parties or excessive noise. We ask that you commit to keeping gatherings small and respectful and that you respect the laws in force. Important: We have 2 cats that live in an external suite!! They have free access to the outdoor areas and if you leave the doors open they will probably enter the house.So, if you don't like cats, my house won't suit you, unfortunately!!
