About this apartment rental
Modern two bed apartment clutter free , clean and functional with hotel quality linens. The apartment is efficiently laid out with two double rooms and Queen size beds. The apartment is heated with gas and has instant hot water for the shower and taps with good water pressure. Wifi is high speed fibre. The apartment is accessed on the first floor of the building. Guests will need to used the stairwell - one flight. Guests have the apartment to themselves which is not shared with anyone else which has its own access door as per any standard apartment. The best way to communicate with me is through the Air BNB app in the message section. Please try to contact me during normal working hours 9-5pm unless in an emergency. Please read the check in instructions beforehand . As a super host I have a very high response rate and try to communicate with my guests as quickly as possible. If there is an issue or if you require general information with regards to Belfast the best times to contact me are during normal working hours 9-5pm and outside those hours if anything is urgent. NB: The apartment is located on the first floor so guests will need to climb one set of stairs. The bathroom has a shower bath with modern glass screen as per the photos - guests will need to step into the bath shower.
