The interior is nicely updated throughout, everything was incredibly clean, and decorated very minimally (in a very good way) to make it super pet/family friendly. Guests will have access to all described rooms and amenities, including the washer/dryer and one Tesla EV charger. Please note the garage is locked for the property owner’s personal storage. There is parking in the driveway for 7 vehicles.
Please note there is no AC in the three first floor bedrooms. Outside of extreme heat waves, these rooms stay at a comfortable temperature. We also have portable fans for airflow. The master bedroom has a wall AC unit, and the upstairs living room also has an 18,000 BTU wall AC unit.

We had an amazing time in Kennebunkport with friends and family - grilling and hanging out at the house. It’s a gorgeous home with a great layout, downstairs with three bedrooms, big bathroom, and a TV room; upstairs with kitchen, living, dining, laundry rooms, guest bathroom, and primary bedroom (with its own bathroom and walk-in closet). When we were upstairs in the primary bedroom we didn’t hear any noise/convos in the downstairs bedrooms. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the house is a short walk to the Bushes, and then less than a mile walk on Ocean Ave to the Colony Hotel area which has cute coffee, restaurants, and shops and the Colony Beach, which is one of our faves and proximity to the Colony Beach was part of why we picked this house. We started every morning with an Ocean Ave walk, and spent each day at a different beach - Colony, Gooches, Parsons, and Goose Rocks - all quick drives away. The kitchen has an amazing layout with bar area, and is super well stocked, with nice platters for apps/meals and cooking equipment you don’t always find in rental houses. Great coffee pouches/filters at the house, we just brought cream. We loved the grill and Adirondack chairs on the porch, right off the kitchen. The couches and beds were extremely comfortable. There were a few items we needed and messaged the hosts through the app, they got back to us right away with where those items were stored in the house. The hosts stocked bathrooms with shampoo and soap.
