The Space:
A beautifully presented detached home spread across two floors, offering 89sqm of bright, characterful space in a great location for exploring Bath.
The heart of the home is an open-plan kitchen and dining area — fully equipped with a breakfast bar, Nespresso machine, oven, microwave and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The adjacent living room has a large bay window, wall-mounted TV and a sofa bed for additional guests.
On the ground floor there’s also a double sleeping area tucked behind a characterful timber partition — its own defined, cosy space with a boutique feel.
The real showstopper is the loft master bedroom: vaulted ceilings, exposed timber beams, twin skylights and a window framing views across Bath’s rooftops. A separate loft snug with sofa sits off the same landing — ideal for an early riser or a quiet read.
