Beautiful hotel, best bed EVER, like sleeping on a cloud! Cannot give a perfect score because of the shower experience: scalding hot or freezing cold, was unable to find a comfortable middle, also the shower floor is slick and slippery. It would have been nice to have body lotion, none provided. Food at Maison M restaurant was pretty good, awesome and generous breakfast, but uneven service. Overall very good experience, glad we stayed.

The hotel was very nice and well located for restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We found in our two visits that a room on an upper floor is helpful in minimizing street noise.

Absolutely an amazing experience!!! Front the moment we walked in felt welcomed by everyone in the hotel. Staff were absolutely incredible. Would definitely stay here again.
