About this house rental

We are located 5 minutes away from the heart of downtown Anchorage, in Government Hill. This 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home is a perfect stay for downtown activities, train arrivals/departures and military base access. This home is equipped with a washer and dryer and full kitchen. There is an outdoor space to enjoy the midnight sun, a park across the street, and several walking trails in the neighborhood. Home access has your own private key pad entrance and 2 parking spaces. This home does have a shared wall with the owners.

Cozy home very close to downtown. It was convenient for everything we wanted to do in Anchorage. Three bedrooms, all with queens, also worked well for our family. They had a great washer/dryer and even a drying rack - super convenient to get laundry done before flying home.

Great location. Plenty of amenities. Comfortable beds for our family of 5 in the is 3 bedroom home for our last night in Alaska. Al didn’t get enough fishing in Seward, so out on his waders our last night in Anchorage for Ship Creek (less then 2 miles from the home) to try his luck for King Salmon with dozens of other anglers.
