> I stayed here for almost a week because it is near everything, especially Robinsons and SM Dasmariñas, very convenient location.

> Some staff are kind, not all. But Joy on evening duty is exceptional — very friendly, very accommodating and always with a smile. She is really doing her best.

Night shift staff will knock on your door call your telephone. Because of their lapses.
They did not do proper questioning about the reserved rooms. Yung staff hirap maka intindi. Will wake you up at 1 am.
