Welcome to our home in the heart of Orange County! Our home is completely remodeled home. This location is very convenient to visit Disneyland, Long Beach, Seal Beach, Huntington Beach, and other OC attractions. It is also very close to all the shopping and dinning with many options. Plenty Vietnamese restaurant and shopping options as well. With three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, our home has plenty of spaces for everyone. You can create lasting memories with your family/friends.

Our beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 2-bath family-friendly oasis is the perfect home base to explore everything Orange County has to offer. Located in the heart of Westminster, you'll be just minutes away from top attractions like Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, and (PLT). Enjoy nearby restaurants, shopping, and easy access to LAX for stress-free travel. Whether you're here for family fun or a relaxing getaway, this home has everything you need to make your stay unforgettable!

- Bedroom #1 :has 1 King bed with a Master Bathroom
- Bedroom #2: has 1 Queen bed
- Bedroom #3: has 1 Queen bed

INDOOR LIVING: 1 Smart TVs at the living room dining table for 6 persons

LAUNDRY: Washer/dryer inside the premise
PARKING: Driveway (2 vehicles) and street parkings

Pet fee: $35 per pet, per night. Flat rate available depending on the number of nights and pets.

- 10 minutes driving to the Huntington beach

Guests have the full access to the house except the lock linen closet

There's a fee for Early check in/late checkout, subject to availability.
We have exterior cameras in front of the house for security and insurance purposes.
For any stay longer than 30 days, there is a utilities cap of $400.
The cap applies to water, electricity, and gas.
Trash, Wi-Fi, lawn care, and pool service are included.
If your usage exceeds the utilities cap, you will be responsible for the excess.
