Pros:
- Good price for basic living: nice bed, stable shower hot water
- 10-15mins walk to Mosque
- Restaurant, laudry and mini-market nearby
- Luggage storage
- Reception is travel agency, may provide you tour services
- Can WhatsApp for communication
Cons:
- Rocky/ sloppy road for large heavy luggage (I arrived with Airport bus
- Soundproofing not good, can hear street noise/ neighbor rooms, but no that annoying/ I can sleep normally
- There was Indomi cup noodle in the bin from the last customer, when I arrived...

Highly recommended this place. We stayed 3 nights. The room is big enough for us 4 pax. Got a small kitchen and induction cooker. We cooked instant noodles. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We even left our luggage after checked out until airport transfer. Amazing view and near to all places. We will definitely come back for this place.

There are about 20 little hotels within walking distance. So finding somewhere to stay at all different levels of "upgrades"....This location is up a steep hill from the restaurant row where you can find food up until 1am every night easily. So be prepared to walk. The room is set up like a studio with a kitchenette. Has microwave which is rare in this area. You will be able to heat up leftovers saving money as the restaurants aren't cheap. Omar the concierge is the most helpful young man. He took my luggage to my room. He helped me turn on the heat as remotes aren't in English. They have noon check out and that extra hour is helpful when you running late. The beds are comfortable but they don't have comforters just thin bedspreads. So if you are a cold person at night pack winter pajamas in October. Being treated like your reservation matters and that you are valued made my experience at this location special. I checked out of another hotel walking distance due to the owner acting very rude and bothered with any request. So you have a choice where to spend your hard earned money. Choose this location and you won't regret it.
