The Fasching Haus Condos are located in the heart of Aspen, just 2 blocks to the Aspen Mountain Gondola, to Rubey Park Transit center where you can catch free shuttles to the other ski areas or Maroon Bells and to all of the incredible shopping and dining Aspen has to offer. You will enjoy the convenience of this location as well as the relaxing and inviting decor of the home. Unit is in close proximity to a pool with no fence between the home and the pool, the convenient access is amazing however if traveling with small children we do ask you to take this into consideration. The open concept allows for your group to enjoy time together, a favorite pastime of our guests will be getting cozy in the living room next to the wood fireplace on a snowy winter evening or a cool summer night.
The full kitchen offers the convenience of preparing meals for your group. If your idea of a vacation doesn't involve cooking you can just take a quick walk down to the Crepe Therapy Cafe for a coffee or one of their amazing crepes! So many incredible restaurants are located within walking distance to your condo. Ask us about some of our favorites!

All iTrip Aspen Snowmass properties have WIFI and all rentals are stocked with professionally laundered linens and towels and a starter supply of the following: coffee, tea, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, trash bags, sponge, dish detergent and soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soaps. If your home has a wood burning fireplace we provide a starter supply of wood. Additional stock of these items are available for purchase at the local grocery stores.

This condo was the perfect home base for our Labor Day weekend in Aspen. The location couldn't be beat, offering a super easy walk right to the heart of town. Inside, the rooms were spacious with plenty of storage, and the entire condo was thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. We spent our days enjoying the accessible pool and hot tub, which made for a great spot to hang out with friends. The property management team was also outstanding—they were super helpful and stayed in touch to ensure our trip was seamless. We can't wait to book with them again!

The property was clean and quiet. We were able to walk everywhere downtown, which was helpful as we had many events to attend while we were there. Communication was amazing too! Highly recommend.
