Our home is located in an area full of activities. It is less than two miles from Buccaneer Bay and Weeki Wachee Springs State Park—visiting the springs is a must! Delta Woods Park, just two and a half miles away, offers scenic walks and picnic spots for a relaxing day out.
The Space:
Our home is designed for comfort and relaxation with an open floor plan that creates a seamless flow. The spacious living areas wrap around the kitchen, leading to a large lanai, an outdoor dining area, and a heated pool. The home offers a private and peaceful retreat near the 7th tee of Oak Hills Golf Club.
Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property and large Smart TVs in every room, ensuring something for everyone to relax, unwind, and recharge. Dining options and shopping are just a few miles away, making everything you need easily accessible.
Guest Access:
The entire home is yours during your stay, except for two locked closets reserved for maintenance and owner use. You’re welcome to park in the garage to keep your car out of the Florida sun, but please refrain from parking on the grass, as we have sprinklers.
Other Things to Note:
The day before check-in, you’ll receive access information, including Wi-Fi details.
People you may see on the property include:
- Rob, the pool technician, Typically visits on Wednesdays, though his schedule may vary.
- Steve from Stephen’s Lawn Care Usually comes on Tuesdays or Wednesdays for landscaping.
The home has three Wi-Fi access points, which may resemble Alexa devices. These are located in the Master Bedroom and Queen Bedroom. For uninterrupted Wi-Fi, please do not unplug them.
We value your privacy and ask that you respect our home. For your security and ours, exterior cameras at entry points face outward. These are solely for property protection and are not monitored during your stay. If you have concerns about this, please do not book.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Close to family and restaurants.The home was beautiful, just as pictured and the owners thought of every detail to make this a wonderful stay for our visit with our grandchildren.

Family came in from all over country for a memorial service. It’s a beautiful home with comfortable beds, an awesome outdoor patio and pool—much larger than it appears in picture . Home has all the tools you need to have a large family meal. Grill really nice. Very quiet neighborhood. Very close to beautiful Weeki Wachee Springs State Park which you have to go see!!

My family and I were in town for a funeral. We arrived the Saturday after Hurricane Helene which had flooded the nearby coastal towns.
The house was in good shape. A couple of screens surrounding the pool were torn. There was some small debris on the ground.
Everything was in good working order. The house was clean. The hurricane had chased in a couple of bugs: welcome to Florida.
The kitchen was well stocked with appliances. We prepared a couple of family meals there.
The pool was nice. Heated. No chlorine.

The overall experience was very good and communication with host/ or property manager was excellent. The home was very clean and quiet with no complaints! The pool was well maintained and there was plenty of room to sit, relax and play! Fortunately we had no problem with the construction of a new house being constructed in the lot next door! We will be back again! The location is perfect as we have stayed in the area for the last few years! My compliments to the host and I hope they enjoyed the way we left the house as close to the way we found it!
