The Space:
****As part of routine lake maintenance and shoreline repair efforts by Georgia Power, Lake Sinclair will be drawn down by approximately 5 feet starting October 25, 2025. The lake refill is anticipated to begin on December 1, 2025****

**Chef's Kitchen:** Unleash your culinary skills in the fully equipped chef's kitchen, complete with everything you need to whip up delicious meals for your loved ones. Enjoy dining together on the inviting covered porch, where breathtaking lake views set the stage for unforgettable meals. We have a drip coffee maker for our coffee lovers.

**Entertainment Galore:** The lower level is your entertainment hub, featuring a billiards table and a cozy kitchenette for snacks and drinks. As well as a secondary living area with TV and surround sound system. For those who love a little competition, challenge the family to game night with our selection of board games or relax with your favorite shows on the smart TVs, using your own streaming accounts.

**Outdoor Fun:** Enjoy evenings by the fire pit, roast marshmallows, and share stories under the stars. We provide two paddle boards and a floating lily pad for leisurely days on the water. We also have a 2 person canoe available to guests. There is a propane grill offered to guests with the propane provided. When the sun shines, step outside to your private dock, perfect for swimming and fishing. Tie up your boats and jet skis here; while there’s no boat lift, the fun is just a splash away! The water depth is near 5-6ft deep. There is stair access for easy water entry as well as ladder access. The dock is also equipped with a Bojo fishing light for those who love to fish. You will find a small beach area down near the dock for easy walk in access to the lake.

Enjoy the covered lake porch which offers outdoor furniture and a TV, perfect area to watch the game! There is also a 2 car garage available for guests to park in. All TV's have DirectTV apps installed and guests can also use their own personal accounts to stream other apps.

**Location:** Cosby Landing, just a 15-minute drive away, offers easy access to a boat ramp, making it simple to explore the beautiful lake. Groceries and entertainment is approx. 35-40 minute drive to Milledgeville, GA. You will find many dining options and entertainment such as a bowling alley, movie theater and a skating rink

Upstairs: Bedroom #2 - Master King bedroom w/private attached bathroom. Ceiling fan & TV.
Bedroom #3 - Queen bedroom w/private attached bathroom. Ceiling fan & TV.
Downstairs: Bedroom #4 - Twin bunk bed room (Twin on top, twin on bottom) + a Twin Daybed w/pull out twin trundle.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire property with the exception of any locked closet used for vendors. Guest will not have access to the boat lift on the dock.

The Neighborhood:
This is a family-friendly and safe neighborhood.

Getting Around:
Anslie's Cafe & Food Mart is 4 miles from the property. This is a local gas station and they have a kitchen/menu.

Cosby's Landing is near 15 minutes from the property. You can launch your boat here (No fuel), They have a small store and cafe.

Groceries: There is a Sandy's IGA smaller grocery store in Sparta, this is 30 minutes from the property. There is a Kroger, Publix and Walmart in Milledgeville, GA. This is 30 miles from Lazy Day's.

Dining/Entertainment: There are many restaurants in Milledgeville, Eatonton and Greensboro. These are near 30-40 minutes from the property. Milledgeville offers a bowling alley, movie theater and skating rink.

GCSU & GMC is 23 miles from this property.

Other Things to Note:
This is not a pet-friendly home. Indoor and outdoor fireplaces will be off-limits to guests.
