Quiet Time 9:00pm til 8:00am - All of our sweet neighbors live here full time and are retired.
NO Pets and no exceptions - owner is highly allergic
NO CONFETTI inside or outside - an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged if found
Max of 14 people allowed at the property at Anytime.
No outside speakers - sound really travels in the cove.
Please do not trespass onto our neighbors properties.
Park only on the driveway
No more than 6 cars allowed in driveway.
No parking off the street or in the grass.
If boating or jet skiing please note the entire cove is a no wake zone. Please be respectful.
No smoking anything in the house.
No Fireworks on the property
No events, parties, gatherings of more than 14 guest total on property at ANYTIME.
No diving off the dock. The deck above the boathouse is off limits.
We do monitor our ring outdoor cameras.
We do enforce our house rules and you will be asked to leave without refund if our house rules are not followed.
Guests are required to sign an off-platform rental agreement, which includes a copy of the county ordinance. You must be able to present the signed agreement and ordinance to any county officer upon request.
Occupant is obligated to abide by all of the requirements of the Putnam County ordinances, state and federal and such a violation of any of these rules in the immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the premises, as well as potential liability for the payment of fines levied.
