    We had reserved the smallest room based on the pictures but it was not available so were upgraded to a large double bed room for free. We were glad because when we later looked at the single bed room, we realized that it was much smaller than the pictures indicated. There is no elevator but a male staff that happened to be there helped us with our heavy (30kg) luggage up to the 2nd floor (and later, down). Much appreciated. The staff doesn't speak English but is Super Eager and quick to use Translate Apps to communicate. They didn't have WhatsApp. Place is at the end of a short, narrow alley that is inaccessible by car. The alley is between "Guest House To Ni" and "Hotel Phuoc Son" with a sign at the entrance to the alley to direct you to "An's House" The communal kitchen is on the ground floor and open 24x7 and includes a Clean Water bottle-fill station, that they use to refill the daily free glass water bottles. You can use it for free to refill your own water bottles. The staff is very eager to help you with anything - just ask. We would definitely stay here again, but select their largest 2 bed room. The location was really convenient to Everything. We ate delicious breakfast at Guest House To Ni" several times. Lots of little shops and pharmacy are just a short walk (less than 100m and there is a quick cut-thru to the popular market (follow Google Maps). Enjoy!
