    For Agoda: ★☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing customer support experience from Agoda. I requested a simple booking name correction and GST invoice update for my company booking. Agoda support/chat system repeatedly redirected me to the hotel property, while the property asked me to contact Agoda. Neither side took ownership of the issue. The AI/chatbot support is not capable of handling even basic post-booking issues and there is no clear escalation process available on the app or website. It is extremely difficult to find proper customer care numbers, grievance emails, or escalation contacts. I had already submitted my company GST details during check-in and even signed correction documents at the hotel, yet Agoda still failed to provide a proper GST-compliant invoice. Poor coordination, poor accountability, and highly frustrating customer experience. Not recommended for business travelers who require proper GST invoices and professional support. For Hilton Garden Inn Surat City Centre: ★☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing post-check-in support experience. During check-in, I provided my company GST details and the hotel staff manually corrected the booking name details and took my signature on the correction form. However, later the property refused to issue the corrected GST invoice and redirected me back to Agoda. As a guest, I was forced to coordinate between Agoda and the hotel with no resolution from either side. There was a complete lack of ownership and accountability. Business travelers depend on proper GST invoices for official accounting and reimbursement purposes. Despite providing all details correctly, the issue remains unresolved. Expected much better customer handling and coordination from a Hilton property.
