About this villa rental
Our villa is located in Kalkan Ortaalan, this holiday villa has 6 bedrooms and a capacity of 12 people. Our villa is located close to the city and is taken from the center to 10 mins distance by walking. Our villa has a view of the Kalkan Bay and the Taurus Mountains.
The villa consists of three floors; On the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a shower and toilet. There are three rooms with sea view on the second floor and two rooms with sea view on the terrace floor. 2 rooms use collective bath/Wc. There are double beds in three of the rooms, all of our rooms are large, spacious and model. You can wake up with a sea view in the morning from the rooms in the wide-ranging site from floor to ceiling.
The villa is a residential area in the center and is only 600 m. With it, you can make a slow and detailed vacation schedule in a quiet place. With its 32m2 pool, the extended family can have fun and sunbathe by the pool. The villa has DVD player, air conditioning, TV, wireless Internet, CD player, Kettle, Toaster, Iron, Dishwasher, Oven, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Living Room Set, Dining Table, alarm system, safe.
In addition, it will be done daily in the pool room of the villa and the pool water is checked every day. All and beach towels are available.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of £150 for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival
