Modern villa with stylish decor in a elevated position over looking Kalkan bay comfortably accommodates 12 people.
The interior is bright and spacious with stylish décor and the extensive use of glass maximises the incredible views. 6 bedrooms accommodates 12 guests very comfortably and there is plenty of outside space to dine and entertain with two sun terraces and a pool terrace, all furnished with sun-loungers, rattan seating, stone built BBQ and large dining table/chairs to seat 12 guests
Built over 3 levels the first floor comprises of a large open plan Lounge/Kitchen and dining area, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities you would need and includes work top griddle/grill, ice maker, double fridge freezer, double microwave, double oven & hob, kettle and toaster with breakfast bar including cooking facilities, the lounge has large comfortable seating and features a Flat screen 55" 3D TV with DVD/CD Player (English movie news channels) and direct access to the pool terrace, the first floor also has the first of 6 bedrooms (Twin en-suite) and a games rooms with table tennis table
The second floor has the master bedroom plus 2 double bedrooms all are en-suite with king size beds
The third floor has the further two bedrooms, one twin and one double both en-suite
Kalkan centre is only 3-4 min drive or 20 min downhill walk, if choosing to walk its recommended to use the local dolmus bus or taxi for return
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 6 nights or less there is an additional charge of £300 for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
