We truly enjoyed our stay — the apartment was clean, cozy, well located, with a beautiful view.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment located in the historic center of Novara, on the 5th floor with an elevator. The apartment had everything we needed — it was perfectly clean and well equipped. There were coffee capsules for all five days, toiletries (soap, shampoo, body lotion), a hairdryer, washing machine, extractor hood, microwave oven, a large refrigerator, a good-sized TV, and an air conditioner. The view from the windows was truly amazing — you can see the main cathedral both during the day and at night, together with the surrounding mountains. At night it’s beautifully illuminated, creating a very special atmosphere and mood. You can even see it from the shower — an unforgettable view that made our stay even more pleasant. The host and his assistant were very kind, attentive, and helpful. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

If I had to mention something to improve, I would say it would be nice to have a small wardrobe for clothes (there are only shelves now), and for a tall or larger person, the shower might feel a bit small — but still usable.

Nel pieno centro di Novara con vista sul San Gaudenzio e le Alpi

La posizione è davvero unica, nella parte più bella del centro storico di Novara. L’arredamento é nuovo e piacevole. Dalle finestre si vedono i tetti delle case del centro di Novara e la cupola del San Gaudenzio. Appartamento molto silenzioso.

Le finestre della zona giorno e del bagno sono quelle originali degli anni settanta e lasciano passare il freddo. Un po scomodi gli attaccapanni da appendere al muro per le giacche e i giacconi

Me encanta la ubicación del lugar, y en general todo, está súper bien equipado y Giuliano fue un increíble anfitrión, le dije que si podía llegar un poco antes y siempre trata de a contentarme, súper gentil en todo momento

La struttura si trova in pieno centro, è un piccolo appartamento appena ristrutturato in posizione perfetta per un breve soggiorno in città. Pulito, confortevole e silenzionso. Cucina e bagno attrezzati, con dotazioni base per organizzare una colazione (bollitore e macchina del caffè, cialdè, tè, zucchero ecc), ma eventualmente anche una cena. Ottima la comunicazione con l'host, che consegna le chiavi personalmente, gentile e disponibile. Mi sono sentita come a casa. Ci tornerei volentieri.

La posizione era centralissima, vicino a tutti i servizi e si ha la possibilità di muoversi liberamente perché vengono fornite le chiavi dell’appartamento

Si può migliorare l’esperienza aggiungendo qualche “gadget” in bagno come mini kit spazzolini etc. inoltre ho cercato un ferro da stiro ma non l’ho trovato

Posizione centralissima, proprietario gentilissimo e super simpatico.

Forse mancano un po' di stoviglie in cucina, bicchieri e qualche pentola in più (anche un pochino più grandi per la pasta) non sarebbe stato male.

Una gradevole vacanza

Centralissimo, proprio di fronte il comune di Novara, a pochi passi da moltissimi luoghi d'interesse come il Duomo, il Broletto, il Castello. È abbastanza grande per soggiornare comodamente in 2 persone ed è dotato di ogni confort. La vista poi sulla cupola di S. Gaudenzio è mozzafiato! I proprietari sono stati molto premurosi e accoglienti

Da migliorare solo la rumorosità del condizionatore che di notte dava fastidio.

Super locatie en hele vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Klein, maar fijn appartement. Je kunt er zelf koken, grote koelkast. Mooi uitzicht vanuit de slaapkamer en de douche.
