Convenient, spacious and comfortable traditional apartment close to train station.

Great communication and very handy to train station.

A few mosquitoes made it inside. There was insect spray provided though.

Very close to Novara FS station Easy walk, secured safely although my door was unable to be locked initially. Owner arranged for a chap to determine problem, he tried unsuccessfully for several minutes before discovering a quirky problem and instructing me.

No personal check in means confidential passport details must be sent to owner Codes for entry were not provided previous day, many travellers do not have wifi connection once travel to destination has begun I was fortunate because an Italian friend phoned owner and requested details before we left that morning

Property is horrible

Communication with the property manager was smooth, key pick-up easy.

I booked the place for 3 people 2 adults + 1 child 11 years old. When we got there there was only one double bed!! NO EXTRA linens or towels for the child! He had to sleep doubled up on a tiny little sofa. Booking com should not allow this booking to happen!! It should state at the time of booking “property too small for your party”. The manager said he couldn’t do anything about it. Terrible client service. Booking com was not helpful either. Wifi didn’t work AT ALL.

Stopover in Novara

The building and entrance to the appartment are a bit sketch, but once inside, it is an old but huge appartment. Spacious, with a good bed and good wifi connection. Location very close to train station.

The apartment was what we needed and the description described the apartment well

Breakfast consisted of coffee from what we could see. Room was pretty clean and spacious for what it was. Kitchen was clean and coffee machine was very nice too.

Windows were all covered with paper, so we couldn't see anything outside and had no natural light. One window was blocked due to work being done outside. The apartment block and area was very poor. It was dirty in the corridors and on the stairs. There were always many people stood outside the main entrance of the apartment block drinking in the evening/at night, which was a bit intimidating when entering and leaving sometimes, especially with a baby.

Room too hot, no window

I don’t like anything about the apartment, too hot, no window to open, you can’t open the outside door because of mosquitoes, no Wi-Fi, he sent me five Wi-Fi password, no one work, I used all my internet GB of my UK network provider. The fan in the room is not the rotating type, we didn’t sleep the two nights we spent, not going to stay there in the future.

No contraté desayuno, gracias por el café de bienvenida. La ubicación geográfica es bastante buena: cerca de Estación de Tren, paradas de autobuses, cerca del centro y tiendas de marca, distintos cafés y restaurantes cerca, cajeros automáticos, supermercados cerca, en fin, puedes hacer muchas cosas caminando por la ciudad.

La zona donde se encuentra Casa Manzoni, es utilizada por algunas personas de la "buena vida" y otros con actividades no gratas. Cosa que no depende necesariamente del hospedaje. Ojalá esto se pudiese mejorar.

Stanza molto carina, letto comodo e pulizia buona (purtroppo ad un certo punto è spuntato uno scarafaccio, ma può capitare...)

La zona non è delle migliori e abbiamo avuto difficoltà a dormire a causa del via vai dei vicini e dei bambini che correvano all'1 di notte al piano di sopra...
