Fine, but hard to reach host.

Exactly as pictured. Pretty clean and had everything we needed. Great location.

When we first arrived, we could not get in contact with the host for 30 minutes. Multiple unanswered calls and messages later, they eventually informed us we had to pay a deposit before they would give us the entry code. We would have appreciated the host reaching out to finalize the deposit before check-in time, so that we didn't have to sit in the car for another 20mins getting Venmo set up before we could finally check in. The accommodation is in the basement, so if there are guests upstairs you can hear every move they make.

Fair Stay for Decent Price. Will not rebook.

Positive Feedback: 1. The host is very kind/flexible/responsive. 2. The inside space was clean, comfortable, up to date, and equipped with all basic needs. 3. Private entrance through the fence along the left side of the property. 4. Private parking space located in the back ally of the property. 5. The physical location of the property was in a decent neighborhood. 6. The location was close to food/gas stations/activities. 7. Did not have issues with WiFi. 8. 4 waters and coffee provided.

1. Deposit is not disclosed on listing/booking details/property policies. -On the day of check in I was informed that a $150.00 deposit via Cashapp or Zelle Seemed odd HOWEVER it was legit and we received our deposit back with in 24 hours after checking out) 2. Banging/Stomping/Crashing/Yelling between 2am-4am was very unexpected considering the “quiet hours” policy. (Host was apologetic. There were no major noise concerns for the remainder of our stay.) 3. Instructions getting to the unit were not easily understood. (Once inside the gate there was adequate lighting and easy entry) 4. Water was not working: -We were not able to shower/wash dishes. -Bathroom/Kitchen sinks only worked in a light stream. 5. Floor was uneven and warped. 6. Outside was muddy/slightly overgrown. 7. No bedroom TV. (Personal preference) 8. Had to log into personal streaming accounts on TV.

Great weekend getaway!

Loved this place. Just big enough for a couple. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again. The owners are really nice as well. Answered all questions quickly and made us very comfortable. Downtown Indy is literally 10 mins away
