Menesse Playa del Carmen

The unit was large, very clean and mostly well equipped. Bed was excellent. Bathroom and kitchen facilities were very good . The area is centrally located with easy access to 5th and 10th avenue. The roof top pool was a very relaxing area.

The patio is directly above patios on the next building which caused some privacy concerns. We mitigated this problem by placing beach blankets on glass rail of patio. There is no toaster in unit and very limited utensils. We had a disagreement with the property manager that was a result of a misunderstanding on both our parts. In retrospect all is okay on our part

A stunning property, it had everything you needed for a suite. The pool on the rooftop was amazing and had the sun for most of the day. The reception Sarah was also lovely and let me leave my bag for a few hours after checkout.

Nothing I didn’t like and not the property’s fault but booking.com fault. Booking.com had the property down at a different address, so make sure you ask them for the address so you arrive at the correct one.

Clean modern Apartment with everything you need and good wifi Rooftop pool is excellent, clean with fabulous view. Reception staff are very friendly. Laundry is located right next door and apartments are 15 meters from walking street with restaurants and bars. 100 meters to beach Could do with a frying pan in kitchen but it did have other pans we could use. We loved our 4 day stay here and were sad to move on.
