Service is outstanding. It is the best thing about this hotel. Finally a place where service fee is really worthwhile. Historical architecture and decorative items are outstanding as well. Warm pool is delicious and very relaxing after a spa massage. Room decoration has a very refined taste and I am grateful for who created this hotel and restored it. It is a must have experience in life.

Afternoon tea tables were pretty different from the pictures and cakes were dry. Fried pastels were very cold . They could have used a samovar. No flower decorations. I was expecting more beauty and to be impressed during the tea time. Lack of fruits was disappointing. I was expecting berries. I booked a picnic but staff claimed that the weather would be rainy when a beautiful day came after lunch. Since it was canceled, I decided that I would have another tour out of the hotel.
