5 Bedroom Farmhouse with Private Pool

The house itself is nice and spacious. The building is very interesting and full of character, and the location is serene and quiet. There is also a nice walk nearby, which makes the setting even more enjoyable.

The basic essentials in the property really need upgrading. There were not enough glasses and not even a single coffee mug available. The toaster required an adaptor, which wasn’t provided—this could easily be resolved by changing the plug. The frying pans are very old and unusable for cooking. We also tried to open a bottle of wine and found three broken corkscrews, so I had to go out and buy one myself. There were no kitchen towels, and only one bath towel per person—we had to contact the host to have these provided. The cooker also does not heat properly. Additionally, the chairs are hard wooden chairs; adding cushions would make them much more comfortable. Overall, these are small, inexpensive things that would make a big difference, but unfortunately they were missing. Please upgrade the matresses because its very hard, that you wake up tired more than you slept.

The farmhouse is in a great location, very well situated to explore Gozo while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The place was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with plenty of room to unwind. The host was also very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

The kitchen facilities could benefit from some improvement. There were no dish towels provided, and both the kettle and toaster required an adapter to function, which may be inconvenient for guests who do not have one. The TV remotes were not working during our stay, which was disappointing. Although a BBQ is available, the equipment provided is quite limited, making it difficult to fully utilise. Additionally, some basic items such as wine glasses were not available. These are relatively small and low-cost enhancements that would significantly improve the overall guest experience.

The location and the farmhouse itself is stunning. Very close to the square and very nice surroundings. It was very nice for the owner to let us check in early in the morning as we were arriving earlier than expected. Thank you 😊

For the price we paid we expected better facilities and cleanliness. All the cooking equipment were quite dirty we had to clean them all thoroughly before using. Not enough mugs, plates, chairs, and wine glasses for all the people, the farmhouse fits. Some teatowels would have come in handy too! :) Shower tray drains were also blocked.
