Hard to find any pros. Maybe that there were no bed bugs... hopefully.
Long story short – this is consumer deception, and it absolutely doesn’t match the reviews or the photos. Let me go through it chronologically: neglected building, mess in the hallways, smell of smoke. The door to the apartment had clearly been forced open multiple times.The flat is most likely a former brothel – I can't otherwise explain the full-wall mirrors in several rooms and the prehistoric hot tub...not that anyone in their right mind would even think of taking a bath in that thing. In the second bathroom, the shower curtain was hanging from a rod that wouldn’t stay up. There was mould between the tiles. There was no hot water at all during our entire stay!!! To top it all off, the toilet was leaking too. No blinds, curtains, or any window coverings – in the main bedroom, the window was broken, meaning no proper ventilation: either fully closed or wide open – which was unbearable due to the street noise. It was 30 °C inside at night. The electric sockets near beds had no covers – a life-threatening hazard!!! The address is confusing – Uber drivers might drop you off on a different street. Once again, this is a clear case of consumer deception. Even considering the relatively low price, the apartment is unacceptable. Not recommended – not even for the same purpose we had: just staying there for a couple of hours during the night.

Great Location. Clean. Easy to find.
The location was perfect for our purpose of visit. We stayed for 3 nights and we went to the Messe every day by train. It was very easy to find and also very easy to reach the train station.

Bei Ankunft Schäden an der Wohnungstür entdeckt (Einbruch?), Das WLAN war unfassbar langsam und ist die ganze Zeit ausgefallen, der Bildschirm des Fernsehers war kaputt, wurde aber ebenso wie die Tür schnell und unkompliziert ersetzt/repariert.
