About this apartment rental

We offer a modern 1 room non-smoking apartment (32 m2) with terrace for short term living. The apartment is located in a quiet area in the city of Steinbach/Ts (Stettiner Str. 61) easy to reach by car. Good connections are given to the train (S-Bahn) station with trains going to Frankfurt am Main, Oberursel and Bad Homburg. It takes 9 minutes to Frankfurt Fair and 12 minutes to Frankfurt City Center using the S-Bahn. The S-Bahn needs 8 minutes to Bad Homburg.
The apartment is ideally suited for 2 adults (max. 2 adults, 2 children with 160 x 200 cm futon, inbuilt kitchen, bathroom with shower, 2 beds, TV, PC, free WiFi).

Living area: Fitted kitchen: dishwasher, induction stove with two hot plates, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, water cattle and flattening iron.

The apartment is spotlessly clean, well appointed, and the property manager and family are extraordinarily helpful. By bus and train the property is approximately 30 minutes from the main station in Frankfurt, so very easy to reach and convenient to get around. The neighborhood is clean, safe, and very friendly. Would highly recommend and use again.

This was an outstanding property just outside of Frankfurt proper. Property was clean and was in a smaller neighbourhood that was quiet and perfect for us. The access to Frankfurt was very easy as well as to all roads to major cities. Talk Was an amazing host who really cared about us and our stay! He checked with us a few times to sure that all was well and was very quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay at this property when in Frankfurt again. Thank you very much Falk for a wonderful holidays stay.

A little gem!

A little gem!

A small space but so well designed and equipped. We found it to be perfect for 2 people. Self check-in was easy and convenient; lots of parking available right across the street from the property. 15-20 minute walk to the train station and a 20-minute ride takes you right into downtown Frankfurt. Took us about 35 minutes to drive to the airport. This was on a weekday morning during peak commuter time. Falk dropped by to see us the day after we checked in. Very nice guy! He has put together an incredible information booklet with shopping, restaurant, transportation and sightseeing - really comprehensive. Highly recommend this property!

My sister and I just returned from our vacation in Germany. We were fortunate to rent a lovely little apartment in Steinbach/TS, just 5.7 miles from downtown Frankfurt. The accommodations were perfect for us. Very clean and neat. Quiet neighborhood close to public transportation. Grocery and restaurants within walking distance. Our hosts were extremely nice and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Small but incredibly well equipped studio, it had everything from a dishwasher to washing machine, even a carefully put together list of local medical practices in case of need. The neighbourhood is very quiet and pleasant and Frankfurt is 20 mins away in the car. Would definitely recommend.

Steinbach, im Dunstkreis von Frankfurt gelegen, bietet mit diesem sehr gepflegten Ferienappartement in einer ruhigen Wohngegend alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail und praktisch eingerichtet Unterkunft. Die beiden Zimmer haben für uns Kleinfamilie vollkommen ausgereicht und uns hat es in den fünf Tagen an Nichts gefehlt. Sehr zentral gelegen und die Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarf waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Genügend Parkplätze sind vor Ort definitiv auch vorhanden. Gerne wieder!

Alles in allem super schön für 2 Personen!!! Schöne überdachte Terrasse und schicke 1-Zimmer Fewo mit hübschem Bad. Eigener Eingang, parken mit dem Auto direkt gegenüber kein Problem. Ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur S-Bahn-Station. FeWo ist schön ruhig in einem Wohngebiet gelegen. Wir haben nur einen Backofen vermisst, da wir mit der Multifunktionsmikrowelle nicht zurecht gekommen sind. Vielleicht wären laminierte Kurzbedienungsanleitungen neben Mikrowelle und Herd gut. Aber es hat uns sonst an nichts gefehlt.

Lage in Steinbach ca 20 Min von der S-Bahn entfernt, mit Auto schnell im Taunus. Die Ferienwohnung hat wirklich alles was man benötigt, liebevoll und sauber. sehr ruhige Lage, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In Steinbach toller Blick auf Skyline FFM.

Die Wohnung war kleiner als wir gedacht haben, aber groß genug für uns. Die Einrichtung ist modern und wirklich gut für eine Ferienwohnung (gute Dusche, Induktionsherd, Spülmaschine, gute Kaffeemaschine, ...). Einziges Manko war bei dieser Gluthitze (bis 39°C im Schatten), dass man die Wohnung nicht querlüften kann. Insgesamt ist sie aber trotzdem 5 Sterne wert.
