Cottage with 360 views

Great location, lovely host

Beautifully decorated and kitted out cottage - all very comfortable and clean. The setting was really peaceful, with lovely views. Also chickens and a friendly dog!

The cottage was really well equipped - the only thing we couldn't find was a proper bread knife.

Location wonderful Open plan ground floor suited us with a toddler

No mattress protectors on beds which is a big no no twin room had no hanging space and really only suitable for children Not very well maintained, doors did not close properly; toilet seat in shower room broken; extractor fan in shower room not working; double glazing blown on one of the patio windows; one bedroom window warped and could not be opened properly; gardens ill-kempt and surrounding grounds looked like a junk yard ; property only superficially clean; insufficient choice of crockery and cooking pans; floorboards upstairs extremely noisy; one radiator in the living room not working; no crate for recycling bottles/glass provided or large caddy for food waste so had to improvise; upstairs toilet difficult to access as very close to the wall and very low so not suitable for an elderly person or one with restricted mobility such as myself
