We had a wonderful stay in Tashkent. The place was spotless and very well-equipped, with comfortable common areas to relax. What truly made the experience special was Ravshan’s incredible hospitality—he provided tons of useful information and was always ready to help with anything we needed. Highly recommended!

The property was very nice and beautiful. The common spaces are also very convenient and the WiFi works well, especially there. The staff was very great! Danis was super helpful and friendly! Next time I go to Tashkent I would definitely come back. Totally recommended.

It was close to the city but away from the noises of the town

The location was convenient for getting to the metro and the room itself was clean. The owner also offered slippers inside the house, which may suit travellers who prefer a very strict house-style environment.
Our experience with the owner made us feel quite uncomfortable. Upon arrival he asked us to cancel our Booking.com reservation so that he would not have to pay commission to the platform and asked us to pay him directly in cash instead. The reservation was cancelled after we had already arrived and checked in.
During the stay the owner was extremely controlling about small things (for example how we used the door, wearing the provided slippers, and turning lights on/off) and spoke only to me rather than addressing the female guest directly.
He was also very persistent in communicating with us at all times with texts and even a call at 1:30 am whilst we were sleeping in the hotel. He even texted me whilst I was writing this review to tell me to delete it (I do not know how he saw the review before I even finished writing it)
He also told us that he had forgotten to register us and suggested that if airport border control asked about our stay we should say we had only been there briefly and had otherwise been staying in the mountains. Being told to lie to border officials made us very uncomfortable.
The mattress was also extremely hard and still had the plastic packaging on it
