    The room was spacious and clean. There are many restaurants nearby where you easily find something to eat. In addition, the hotel is located next to Hyparmarket, and only 15 mins away from Suvarnabhumi Airport. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Another plus is, there’s a wash and dry shop next to the hotel make it easy for you to do the laundry before the next trip (if you’re having the next one back-to-back like me!)

    Good location but our room had a funny smell. There's an airport shuttle but it's 100 THB pp where a Grab is about that price total. Hotel staff and those who call the shuttle didn't communicate it was a per person price.

    When checking in was told that there weren't available rooms to change, but this was not true. It was only when the room I was assigned started to have problems with the air conditioner (water leaking) that I was offered several rooms in much better locations within the hotel. Some of the TV's can't catch many channels and the maintenance doesn't know how to adjust the TV's. Otherwise big rooms, clean. Note that rooms can be hot during the day and air conditioner takes a long time to cool off the room. They also charge 300b deposit for the room key. 100b for airport transfer.
