    Communication didn't go well. We thought the airport shuttle was included but it wasn't. We arrived late so taking a Grab was more convenient and cheaper. We got there before midnight but the door was locked and there was no way to reach out to the hotel without wifi or phone.

    Convenient location near the airport, easy and quick taxi ride that can be arranged by the hotel for an extra fee of 200bht. The room was very basic, no breakfast even though it was mentioned at booking stage. Noisy surroundings, a sign on the door encourages guests to pick up earplugs from the common area, but there were no earplugs at all.
