This apartment was very modern and clean. The view was excellent and the security made us feel very safe.
There is a lovely pool and relaxation area just outside the ground floor. this apartment is on the very edge of town so you look over the jungle. It is very easy and cheap to get a 'grab' taxi into the center and to places like Sepilok.
Would highly recommend.

The common space on the property is very nice, but the pool was closed the entire week, which was very disappointing in the heat. There were clean towels and sheets for each room along with soap. The owner was flexible with check-in & check-out times and met us quickly with the key upon a late arrival. Clear directions to access the property were sent in advance using WhatsApp.
The apartment was spacious and surface clean but had a strong mildew smell and which is not welcoming upon arrival. The AC and fans were off, worsening the unpleasant smell and heat. The refrigerator was off as well. There were no paper towels or clean kitchen towels.
