A lovely little property convenient for getting to the beach restaurants and bus stop and did everything it said on the tin
It is quite near the main road so some road noise but set back and there is a patio area in the front so not looking over to the main road at all.

El alojamiento es acogedor y está dotado con todo lo imprescindible para que dos personas pasen unos días confortablemente y tranquilos. Nuestros planes eran no cocinar, comer fuera, dar paseos junto al mar y descansar. Tanto la cama como el sofá son muy cómodos. Además, Casa La Mata está cerca de todo, pero lejos del ruido.
No hubo nada que nos disgustara. Realmente, sabíamos lo que queríamos y lo que pedíamos, y fue justo lo que encontramos: buen precio, comodidad, zona tranquila, vecindario silencioso.

La ubicación es excelente, cerca de la playa y del centro del pueblo. El anfitrión estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento y nos dejó de cortesía botellas de agua y una botellita de vino El apartamento es tal cual aparece en las fotos.
Por decir algo malo, es que el wifi no funcionaba, pero entendimos que era por un error ajeno al propietario

A very cosy apartment with everything you need on hand, a very convenient location- the beach, two bus stops, loads of different cafes, restaurants, convenience shops and supermarkets; Parque natural de las Lagunas de La Mata y Torrevieja within the walking distance. The host is above and beyond, always approachable and ready to help. Even helped us with the transfer to the airport as we don’t speak Spanish and struggled to call the taxi service One of the best holidays ever.
